Cancellation Policy


SMDPA, will accept cancellations and make every effort to satisfy the customer. If items are cancelled after they have been shipped, money will be refunded by SMDPA only upon receipt of the unused item, still in new condition.  Receipt will be confirmed, and the refund request made by the sales coordinator.  Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of the refund request.

Event Cancellation Policy

SMDPA recognizes that things sometimes happen beyond our control.  If you have reserved and paid for seats at one of our society functions, for example, the Annual Meeting and Tea, or Thanksgiving, and your plans change, please reach out to the Event Coordinator and let them know as soon as possible.  If you cancel prior to the final commitment deadline for the event, the Event Coordinator will approve a refund of your seat(s) cost, which will be processed within 3-5 business days.
