Looking for Newspaper Editor, SMDPA Sales, and Board of Assistance (BOA)

Each year at our Annual Meeting at least three slots on our Society’s Board of Assistants become vacant and successors are elected. There are three year-groups, and each has three members. Year-groups serve for three years. It is from the (BOA) Assistants that Committee Chairs are normally chosen by the Governor. All other positions on the Board are officers who serve one-year terms. Only the Governor and Deputy Governor are limited to a total of three successive one-year terms. All other officers may serve, at the discretion of the Nominating Committee, for an indefinite number of one-year terms. The Board normally meets about five times a year.
